I’ve helped hundreds of clients achieve their fitness goals over the past 15 years. There is no one size fits all package when it comes to personal training. The first thing I do is understand your goals and the types of exercise you enjoy. Then I can design a training program that will help you achieve the results you want, but most importantly, you’ll have fun along the way.

You can train with me in the gym, at home, in your home gym or in a local outdoor space.

We can train in the gym, your home or an outdoor space.

I’m happy to work around you. I train most of my clients at Pump Gyms in Watford. We have access to state of the art equipment and most people like to train in the gym.

That being said, the gym isn’t for everyone. If you’re short on time and can’t get to the gym for whatever reason, that will not limit your training.

I can train you from the comfort of your own home or in local outdoor spaces in Rickmansworth, Chorleywood, Croxley Green and adjoining areas.  Take a look at the map to see the areas I cover.

There are 3 options for payment. One is paying for 100 sessions (perfect if you’re training 3 times a week with me). The most popular is 20 sessions (ideal if you’re training twice a week). The final option is 10 sessions (good if you want to personal train once a week).

All sessions are 40 minutes long and have a 4 month time limit on except 100 sessions where there is a 1 year time limit

Personal training with me is for you if any of the following apply to you.

My best qualities are my reliability and time keeping and a genuine empathy in understanding the barriers to exercise you may have.

I will train you as an individual and consider not only age, size and fitness levels but also personality type.

  • Are you someone who works well when shouted at?
  • Are you better with a softer/calmer way?
  • Maybe a firm but fair approach?

I will asses and find the right method for you.

The answer is yes and no.

If you’d like to be able to lift hundreds of kgs then home workouts aren’t for you.

However, if like most people, you want to improve strength and fitness for day to day activities or general health then home personal training will be sure to deliver great results.

If you have a home gym, I would be happy to train you there.

I will knock on your door with all the equipment you’ll need for the session and you don’t need loads of space, just a normal sized lounge is fine.

To start, we’ll warm up, then do resistance training to help metabolic rate, cardiovascular work (boxing is a favourite with many of my clients) and finally stretch to improve flexibility.

This session will of course vary for each client depending on goals and what they enjoy.

Absolutely! Many of my clients have home gyms and I think it’s a great way for us to work.

Yes. I feel that the best results are obtained during face to face sessions, but virtual sessions are a great alternative if that is not possible. Please email me to learn more.
