There are 3 options for payment. One is paying for 100 sessions (perfect if you’re training 3 times a week with me). The most popular is 20 sessions (ideal if you’re training twice a week). The final option is 10 sessions (good if you want to personal train once a week).

All sessions are 40 minutes long and have a 4 month time limit on except 100 sessions where there is a 1 year time limit.
